WHAT TO EXPECT
Once we have reviewed all the initial candidates we will contact everyone to let them know the next steps. For some we will not move forward but for others we will invite you to the live auditions workcamp in Nashville, where you will work with other candidates with the goal of building a cohesive group with two tenors and a strong female voice that can blend as well as solo.
Once the trio is selected, we will start the process of development, photo shoots, recording and preparing for a tour among many other tasks. You will be asked to make a commitment as we invest in the future of the group.
Now is the time to pray about your involvement before you submit your details for review. Make no mistake, this is ministry of song and you will be the leader and center of it all. If your personal and spiritual life is a mess then it won't go well.
